Why Work With Me?

It is essential and powerful when you have a trusting relationship with your therapist. To have a space created where you know that you are seen, heard, and safe.

I consider it an honor to witness stories and experiences and a privilege to walk alongside a person’s path of healing. I value the importance of decolonizing mental health, especially for BIPOC and weaving in intersectionality, social justice, and spirituality. After all, we are multi-dimensional beings having a human experience. Honoring intergenerational trauma to release it and healing ourselves, our ancestors, and future generations. I also value traditional indigenous healing practices, especially dream work. I stand side by side with my clients to support them in reinventing themselves and living the life that they dream of manifesting!
