The basic premise behind CBT is that situations lead to Thoughts-> Feelings-> Behavior/Response. By using exercises and techniques we can engage in cognitive restructuring (change in our thought process) that can lead to improved coping with negative thoughts. This worksheet focuses on helping you come up with various reframes (interpretation modification of situations or change in perspective) which can allow you to see things through differently. Reframing can lead to different thoughts, feelings, and a more desirable behavior/response. Use this worksheet with different situations you face and practice reframing!
